Start with compatibility, not with the fee
Do not choose a network from fee alone. First open the destination deposit screen, select the stablecoin, and list the networks available for that particular account. A network missing from that list is not an option no matter how cheap it looks on the sending side.
The same is true in reverse: a network your sending exchange has paused for withdrawals cannot be used today even if the receiver accepts it. Both sides have to be open at the same time.
